Is it permissible for a wife to compensate her daughters from her own private wealth because they did not receive their share from their deceased father’s workshop, and is it permissible for the daughters to compensate themselves from their mother’s gold jewelry after her death without informing their brothers?

It is not permissible for the brothers to monopolize a portion of the heirs' wealth. The noble verse states: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females). And the prophetic tradition states: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." If harm has befallen the daughters, it is legislated for them to strive to remove it. It is permissible for the mother to give them from her wealth during her lifetime an amount equivalent to the injustice they suffered. If this does not occur, it is permissible for them to compensate for that from their mother's inheritance after her death, without informing the brothers, provided they do not exceed the limit.
