You must lower your gaze from forbidden things, and limit your speech with women to what is necessary, while being wary of seclusion. It is not permissible to abandon fasting due to aroused desire. Your fast is valid if madhy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) is discharged due to repeated looking, and you must repent from the forbidden looking. However, if maniy (semen) is discharged, the fast is invalidated and you must make it up. It is advised to leave work in these places, for whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
