Does the harm inflicted upon the wronged believer by seeing or hearing the oppressor fall under the meaning of Allah's saying: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [anything] other than what they have earned have certainly borne slander and manifest sin"?

The sin is related to the injustice committed by one person against their brother; if they harm them unjustly, they are sinful. However, the suffering of the wronged person upon seeing the oppressor or hearing their voice does not cause sin for the wronged person, because they have committed no action deserving of sin. The oppressor is advised to repent, apologize, and rectify the injustice, while the wronged person is advised to forgive, pardon, be patient, and seek reward from Allah.
