How is the inheritance divided between one daughter and two full nephews?

A person passed away, leaving behind a daughter and two full brothers' sons, with no other heirs. The daughter receives one-half as her prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, she will have half." The remainder goes to the two sons of the full brother by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative." Thus, the estate is divided into four shares: two shares for the daughter, and one share for each son of the brother. We caution that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
