Is it permissible to wear short shorts with a stretch undershort during a football game?

The 'awrah of a Muslim man is between the navel and the knee. It is not permissible to expose it in front of other men. A condition for covering the 'awrah is that the garment must be thick enough not to reveal what is beneath it, and loose enough not to describe the body. Therefore, it is not permissible to wear "stretchy" clothing unless there is a loose covering over it.
