What is the ruling of Islamic law on the موقف (stance/position) of the sons and the youngest daughter towards their father who wrote all his property to the eldest son, then fell from the balcony and met his demise after he became blind and demanding?

Scholars differ regarding the ruling on the obligation of equal treatment among children in gifting. The majority of scholars hold that it is recommended, while some scholars are of the opinion that it is obligatory. Based on both opinions, a parent's favoritism towards one child does not justify that child's disobedience (uquq), for honoring parents is obligatory in all circumstances, especially if they are in need of care. Allah, the Almighty, says: "And worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good." (Quran 4:36). The daughter's neglect of her blind father, leaving him to stumble until he fell, is considered disobedience (uquq) and a great sin, as it is obligatory to save a Muslim from perishing. It is obligatory upon this daughter and her siblings to repent, increase in righteous deeds, and pray for their father.
