Is it permissible for a divorced woman to enter into a misyar marriage without her guardian's knowledge, if she does not desire his knowledge?

The majority of scholars hold that a woman's marriage contract is not valid without the permission of her guardian, whether she is a virgin or previously married, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid." Therefore, the marriage of the woman mentioned is not valid without informing her guardian, according to the majority of scholars, and her hand should be sought from her guardian for the marriage to be valid.
