What is the ruling on creating a cultural school book that presents intensive awareness topics in the form of "weeks" not specified by a particular date, such as "The Week of the Prophet (PBUH)" and "The Week of Prayer"?

The means of Da'wah are not restricted [to a specific set of prescribed methods]. It is a condition that they be permissible, not forbidden. There is no objection to celebrating a "Quran Week" if it is not taken as a fixed Eid and is not intended as an act of worship, but rather for clarifying its virtues and similar purposes. The difference between it and innovations (bid'ah) is that Quran Week is not taken as a means of drawing closer to Allah, nor does it recur like Eids. Rather, it is for organizing the affairs and interests of Muslims.
