How is it possible to forgive those who continuously mistreat us in various ways, taking into account that tolerance is one of the principles of our true religion?

The oppressed has three options regarding their oppressor: forgiveness and overlooking to attain the reward of the righteous, or withholding forgiveness so that the wrongdoer meets their Lord with what they have committed, or retribution and responding to evil with its like, without transgression. The best option is forgiveness and overlooking, which is a transaction with Allah Almighty to attain His reward and pleasure, in accordance with His saying: "Repel evil with that which is best. We are most knowing of what they describe."
