How can a woman suffering from poor health, psychological, and financial conditions be helped by utilizing the Quran and Sunnah and strengthening her internally and psychologically?

One can explain to that lady that tribulation in this world occurs to expiate sins and wipe away misdeeds, or to elevate ranks and increase good deeds, as happened to the prophets and the righteous. Tribulation may also occur to test believers and distinguish them from hypocrites. A believer must be patient in calamities to attain the reward of the patient, for all of a believer's affairs are good; if adversity befalls him, he is patient, and that is good for him. Likewise, she must not despair of relief and believe that indeed, with hardship will be ease.
