The answer

An father is not permitted to force his virgin, adult daughter into marriage. If a girl's virginity is lost without intercourse, such as through the use of a finger, she is treated as a virgin by the majority of scholars regarding permission for marriage. If the husband stipulates virginity, it is not permissible to lie to him. However, if he does not stipulate it, she is not required to inform him of its loss. The girl must repent immediately if she has committed an immoral act, and she must conceal herself and not publicize her disobedience.
