Is it permissible for me to leave the home due to my family's negligence in religious matters and their poor treatment, knowing that I will maintain ties of kinship?

The rights of parents are great, even if they are non-Muslims or abandon prayer. It is not permissible to abuse them. It is obligatory to advise them and the rest of the family with gentleness and kindness, along with supplicating for their guidance. There is no harm in leaving the home if it is at the desire of one of the parents, provided that one maintains filial piety towards them and fulfills their rights.
