Is it permissible for a created being to say to his Muslim brother, "You have dispelled anxiety and grief from me," or is this phrase exclusive to Allah Almighty?

Allah makes His creation a means for relieving worries and dispelling sorrows. A believer may be a cause for this through a kind word, or material or moral assistance. However, the true Causer of all this is Allah the Almighty.
