The answer

"Whoever is unable to use water for purification should resort to . If Tayammum with earth or dust causes allergies, it is permissible to perform Tayammum with something that has no dust, such as a smooth stone or similar material that is of the earth's kind. This is because, according to a group of jurists, it is not a condition for Tayammum to be performed with earth or something containing dust. This is the view of the Maliki school and has been chosen by a number of verifiers. Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen mentioned that 'Sa'eed' (pure earth) is everything that rises from the surface of the earth, and he did not specify one thing over another. Therefore, the correct view is that earth (dust/soil) is not a condition. As for tiles, Tayammum is not valid with them, because they have been transformed by manufacturing from being 'Sa'eed'."
