Is the supplication mentioned after Fajr from the Sunnah, and has an authentic hadith been reported concerning it?

The supplication mentioned was narrated by Al-Hakim and Al-Tabarani, but its chain of narration has a weakness due to the anonymity of its narrator, Asim bin Abi Ubayd. Nevertheless, there is no harm in supplicating with it due to the uprightness of its wording and the correctness of its meanings, as it is among the comprehensive supplications and a request for good. It is recommended for a Muslim, after the Fajr prayer, to recite the prescribed remembrances and then supplicate with whatever he wishes.
