How accurate is the saying that some tribes possess a shrewdness and ability to track imprints and identify their owners because one of their ancestors married a jinn?

This statement is incorrect, and there is no procreation between humans and jinn. Jinn are ethereal spirits and do not possess bodies, even if they are able to take on different forms. As for those who distinguish traces and objects, they are people of acumen, intelligence, discernment, and experience. Allah has established clear distinctions between traces and footprints, just as He has made apparent distinctions between people, and no two individuals are identical in all their characteristics.
