Does a driver smelling the scent of perfume on my books or personal belongings constitute zina (adultery/fornication) and is it forbidden?

The prohibition, in Islamic law, is against a woman going out perfumed and passing by men who then find her scent. As for placing perfume in a notebook or book that falls into the hands of a non-mahram man, this is not included in that prohibition.
