What is the ruling on a woman using perfume with a clear scent when she leaves her home, and does perfuming or censing female visitors fall under the same ruling?

A woman's perfuming herself before going to the markets is forbidden by Islamic law. It is not permissible for her to do so or to assist others in doing so. Rather, she should advise them to refrain from wearing perfume when going out, lest she fall into sin.
