Does using an inhaler for asthmatic patients while fasting break the fast?

If the device does not deliver anything to the internal cavities, then there is no harm in using it for a fasting person during the day in Ramadan. However, if it does deliver something to the internal cavities, then it is not permissible to use it except out of necessity, and whoever uses it in such a case must make up for that day.
