What is the ruling on sponsoring a women's salon that offers eyebrow plucking (namṣ) and Moroccan baths?

It is permissible to sponsor a beauty salon exclusively for women if it adheres to Islamic legal conditions. However, if it does not adhere to them and engages in forbidden practices such as eyebrow plucking (namṣ) and ostentatious display of adornment (tabarruj), then it is not permissible to sponsor it. This is because it would be considered cooperation in sin and transgression, in accordance with His, the Almighty's, saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
