What is the interpretation of Hadith number 3751 from Sunan Ibn Majah?

If the Hadith intended is the one narrated by Ibn Majah: "When he used depilatory, he would start with his 'awrah and apply nura to it, and his family would apply it to the rest of his body," then what is meant by "depilatory" (al-tila') is the removal of body hair with nura. The Prophet would remove the hair of his 'awrah himself, and one of his wives would remove the hair from the rest of his body. The narrations about nura have been weakened by Al-Albani, but removing hair with nura is permissible according to scholars.
