Is Al-Muhsi among the true names of Allah?

The name "Al-Muhsi" (The Acquirer of all numbers/The Appraiser) for Allah Almighty means that He, glory be to Him, has encompassed everything with His knowledge. Nothing minute escapes Him, and nothing mighty overpowers Him. He knows the count of what is infinite, and the abundance of information does not distract Him. Everything is recorded and written with Him. This name has not appeared in its nominal form in the Quran or authentic Sunnah, but rather in a verbal form. A group of scholars has considered it to be among the Beautiful Names of Allah.
