What should a Muslim do if they move from a country where the start of fasting differs from the other country they moved to during Ramadan?

If a Muslim finds himself in a country where the people have begun fasting, he must fast with them, because his ruling in this case is the ruling of the people of that country, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Fasting is the day you fast, breaking fast is the day you break fast, and the sacrifice is the day you sacrifice." If he moves to another country, he should break his fast with the people of the country he moved to, even if they break their fast before the country where he started fasting. However, if he breaks his fast for less than twenty-nine days, he must make up one day, as a month is not less than twenty-nine days.
