If a Muslim fasts Ramadan and prays Eid in one country, then travels to another country and finds its people still fasting Ramadan, does he fast with them, or is his fasting considered complete?

If a Muslim fasts for 29 days and then travels to another country on the day of Eid and finds its people fasting, he is not obligated to abstain [from food and drink] because he broke his fast in a religiously permissible manner.

And if a Muslim travels from a country where he began fasting to a country where breaking the fast (Eid) is delayed, he remains fasting until they break their fast, even if the fasting hours increase. However, if he travels to a country where they have broken their fast before he completes 30 days, he breaks his fast with them and makes up for one day if the month was incomplete.
