What is the ruling on Eid prayer for someone who fasted thirty days in his country, then went for Umrah in another country and completed his Ramadan fasting there? If the thirtieth day of Ramadan in his first country coincides with Eid, should he pray Eid with the people of his country, or should he pray it alone on that day, and how would he pray it alone?

If someone is in a country at the beginning and end of Ramadan, their fasting follows the people of that country. If they travel to another country, their ruling is that of the country they are in when the month begins and ends. So, if someone starts their fast in a country with an earlier Ramadan, then travels to a country with a later Ramadan, they complete their fast with the people of the later country and do not break their fast until they do, even if this means fasting for 31 days. However, if they start their fast in a country with a later Ramadan, then travel to a country with an earlier Ramadan and those people break their fast on the 29th day of the traveler's fasting, then the traveler breaks their fast with them and makes up one day later. This is the more correct opinion. They should not perform the Eid prayer except with the people of the country on their Eid day. The Eid prayer for someone who prays it alone is like congregational prayer, but without a sermon.
