You are not obligated to rouse your husband for night prayers if it does not infringe upon his rights. However, it is preferable to rouse him to please him and to alert him to goodness. If he asks you to his bed, you must answer his request unless there is harm in it. It is not permissible for you to perform night prayers without his permission if it leads to neglecting his right to the bed.
