What is the ruling on saying the word "Shater" (clever/competent) to someone who excels in their work, and saying "Sabran Aal Yasir" (Patience, O Family of Yasir) to ask for a delay?

It appears permissible to use the word "shaṭir" (clever/skilled) for a person who is adept, and to say "Ṣabran Āla Yāsir" (Patience, O family of Yāsir) to someone from whom a delay is requested. This is because quoting from the words of Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) is permissible according to the majority of scholars, as long as it does not involve belittlement or mockery.
