Is saying “Ya Sattar” (the Concealer) or “Ya Sater,” (the One who conceals) forbidden because it is not among Allah's Most Beautiful Names or Attributes?

Establishing the names of Allah is by divine textual evidence (tawqifi); thus, Allah is not named except by what He named Himself, or what His Messenger (peace be upon him) named Him. The names "Al-Sattār" (The Concealer/Coverer) and "Al-Sāṭir" (The One Who Conceals/Covers) have not been reported among His exalted names. However, the name "Al-Sittīr" (The Utterly Concealing/Covering One) has been reported, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah is Hayiyy (Modest/Shy) and Sittīr (Utterly Concealing), He loves modesty and concealment." There is no harm in saying "Yā Sattār" or "Yā Sāṭir" as a form of informing about Allah, that He is a Concealer and Coverer of His servants' sins, and this falls under a broader category than that of His [divine] names.
