How do I recite Surat Al-Fatihah in Fajr prayer?

The manner of reciting Surat Al-Fatihah in the Fajr prayer does not differ from that in other prayers. It must be recited in every rak'ah without any omission or melodic error (lahn) that alters the meaning. It must be recited in sequence. If it is interrupted by an impermissible remembrance or silence that is prolonged, or if a shaddah or a letter is omitted from it, then it must be re-recited. It is recommended to recite it with tartil (slow, clear recitation) and to pause at the end of each verse. Excessive emphasis (tashdid) and prolongation (madd) are disliked.
