Is it permissible to voluntarily teach the Holy Quran to a neighbor's daughter if her parents are busy?

It is permissible to teach a woman the Quran if she is young and not desired, or if she is an older or younger woman who is desired, provided that the legitimate Islamic guidelines are adhered to. These include avoiding seclusion (khalwa), observing the hijab, and refraining from speaking in a soft and alluring manner. This is based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "No man should be alone with a woman unless there is a mahram with her." It is also permissible to teach her in the presence of other women if there is no fear of temptation (fitnah). The fact that the teaching is for the sake of Allah does not justify violating the legitimate Islamic guidelines.
