Is it permissible for an unmarried young man to teach women the Quran and listen to their recitation in a private room?

The basic principle is the permissibility of a man teaching the Quran and Islamic sciences to women, as indicated by the narrations of female Companions from men and women from men. However, teaching becomes forbidden if it leads to something prohibited, such as seclusion (khalwa), immodest display (takashshuf), or soft speech (khudu' bil-qawl).
