Does purchasing a car in installments from Renault, where banks intervene in case of delayed payment, constitute a Murabaha sale?

If the bank intervenes when an installment payment is delayed, there is no harm, unless it charges the guarantor more than what it paid on their behalf, in which case it would lead to usury (riba).
