Is it permissible for me to shorten the prayer when visiting my mother, who lives 360 km away (round trip), with my return on Sunday evening?

If a Muslim settles in a country other than his own, and travels to his original country to visit his family, he is permitted to avail himself of the concessions for travelers, such as shortening and combining prayers, and breaking the fast in Ramadan, as long as the distance permits these concessions and his stay in his original country is less than four days. The presence of his mother or relatives does not prevent him from availing himself of these concessions. If he prays behind a resident imam, he must complete the prayer with him.
