When is it permissible for a Sunni woman to shorten her prayers when visiting her family in a town 350 km away, knowing that her husband is Ibadi and her madhhab regarding shortening prayers differs from his, and that she is staying with her sister, whose house is 50 km away from her parents’ house, and the duration of her stay ranges from 3-5 days?

Whoever travels a permissible distance of 85 km may shorten the prayer after leaving populated areas. If they reach their destination and intend to stay for more than four days, they must offer the prayer in full. However, if they intend to stay for less than that, or if they are staying for a purpose whose completion date is unknown, they may shorten the prayer.
