What is the ruling on the following actions in the mosque during the marriage contract ceremony: reciting the Qur'an at the beginning of the ceremony, children singing and asking attendees to repeat after them, guests embracing and their voices rising, photographing the attendees, the groom, and the bride's guardian, and distributing drinks and sweets?

Opening a wedding or other ceremony with the recitation of Quranic verses is a good thing, and reciting good poetry in the mosque, with the attendees repeating after it in a moderate voice, is permissible. As for people embracing and congratulating the groom, inquiring about each other's well-being, drinking water and juice, and eating chocolates and similar items in the mosque, this is permissible, provided voices are not raised and the mosque is not soiled. As for photographing the ceremony in the mosque or elsewhere, it is based on the ruling regarding photographic images, and it is better to avoid them unless there is a need or benefit.
