Is it necessary to perform ghusl after the illness subsides if the sick person performed tayammum instead of ghusl for janabah?

Tayammum permits what water permits when water is unavailable or one is unable to use it, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if you find no water, then perform tayammum with clean earth." When the excuse ceases, ghusl becomes obligatory to remove janabah, or wudu if there is no janabah, regardless of the duration.
