Is it permissible for a traveler to perform the obligatory prayer in a car?

Obligatory prayers are not permissible to perform on a riding animal except in specific circumstances, which include:

1. Fear of separation from companions, or fear for oneself or one's property, in which case one prays on the animal due to the sanctity of the time, and re-performing the prayer is obligatory according to some scholars. 2. A state of severe fear, in which case re-performing the prayer is not obligatory. 3. If it is possible to perform the prayer with all its pillars (facing the Qibla (definition), standing, bowing, and prostrating) on a stationary animal. 4. In the heat of battle, one performs the obligatory prayer by gesturing towards the Qibla if possible, and does not re-perform it. 5. A rider in shallow water who cannot dismount or fears soiling his clothes, and fears the time for the prayer will expire. 6. The illness of a rider who cannot dismount from the animal, in which case he performs the obligatory prayer by gesturing after stopping the animal and facing the Qibla.
