What should a praying person do upon rising from the prostration of recitation (sujud al-tilawah) that occurs at the end of the last verse of the rak'ah; should he bow directly with the same takbir, or should he say takbir and raise his hands, then lower them, then raise them again and say takbir for bowing?

The prostration of recitation (Sujud al-Tilawah) within the prayer is like the prostration of the prayer itself: the worshipper says "Allahu Akbar" when prostrating and when rising from it, without raising the hands. If one rises from the prostration and intends to bow, one says "Allahu Akbar" again for the bowing, raising the hands.
