When should the transitional "takbir" be said while standing up for the fourth rak'ah: Is it before raising the hands, during the raising of the hands, or after?

Raising the hands in prayer occurs at the opening takbir (Allahu Akbar), upon bowing for ruku‘, upon rising from ruku‘, and upon standing from the first tashahhud. It is not prescribed to raise them when standing for the fourth rak'ah. Whoever wishes to stand for the fourth rak'ah should say the takbir from the beginning of raising his head from prostration until he stands upright.
