Is a young man's attraction to tall, large individuals, and the resulting emission of prostatic fluid (madhy) upon seeing them, considered an illness or a deviation from one's innate nature (fitra)? Is he held accountable for this, and how can he rid himself of it?

A man's inclination towards those of his own gender is deviance and a perversion of natural disposition (fitra). Some may be predisposed to it without earning it. One who is afflicted with this inclination incurs no sin merely by it, as long as it is not accompanied by a saying or an action, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven for my nation what their souls whisper to them, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it."
