Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the husband is aware of what he is saying. An explicit divorce takes effect without the need for intention. If you have divorced your wife three times with an explicit utterance while being aware of what you are saying, then she has become irrevocably separated from you (baynunah kubra), and she is not lawful for you unless she marries another man willingly, and he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) ends. It is advisable to present the matter to a Shariah court or reliable scholars for clarification.
