A Muslim begins his day in Ramadan with a late Suhur, then prepares for the Fajr prayer early at the mosque. He prays Tahiyyat al-Masjid (greeting the mosque) and the Sunnah prayers, and engages in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) until sunrise. It is recommended to pray Duha (forenoon prayer), followed by a nap with the intention of strengthening oneself for worship. He then goes to work, and hurries to the mosque for the Dhuhr prayer, then returns to work. After finishing work, he can rest or go to the mosque until the Asr prayer. After Asr, he can read the Qur'an in the mosque or rest in preparation for Tarawih. Before Maghrib, it is recommended to read the Qur'an, supplicate, and contribute to feeding those who are breaking their fast. After breaking the fast, he prays Maghrib and returns home to eat a light meal and organize useful time with his family. He prepares for the Isha and Tarawih prayers at the mosque, and is keen to complete them with the Imam. After Tarawih, one should avoid forbidden things, organize useful and purposeful time, and sleep early observing the etiquette of sleep, while being keen to complete the daily Qur'anic portion. It is recommended to wake up before Suhur to supplicate during the time of the Divine Descent. On Friday, one should go early for prayer, and stay in the mosque after Asr for supplication and Qur'an recitation until the hour of acceptance (of supplication), and utilize the day to complete unfinished tasks. During the last ten nights, it is recommended to perform I'tikaf (seclusion) in the mosque, and revive the night with worship seeking Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree). This schedule is flexible, and takes into account the Sunnah and recommended acts. Time should be organized in Ramadan, and worship should be increased, by going early to the mosque, completing the recitation of the Qur'an, observing the night prayers, spending in charity, and strengthening one's connection with the Qur'an by correcting recitation, reviewing memorization, reading interpretations, and applying its commands.
