What is the ruling on selling a driver's visa, with the buyer committing to work, a monthly salary, and good treatment?

It is not permissible to sell visas because they are a contract of donation (sponsorship) and not a contract of exchange. However, the person who obtained it may take an amount equal to what he spent on it, along with a fair wage for his effort, which is known as "price of influence." Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on the price of influence: some have absolutely forbidden it, some have absolutely deemed it disliked, and some have detailed its permissibility if the person with influence has expended money or effort and taken a fair wage.
