Is one who buys a visa and sells it to those interested, taking an additional sum in exchange for communicating with the seller and guaranteeing the amount in case of loss, bearing the loss, and informing the buyer of that, sinful?

It is not permissible to sell a visa, because it is a form of guarantee for which it is not permissible to take financial compensation. Furthermore, it involves deception and circumvention of regulations that prohibit its sale, and the unlawful acquisition of wealth. Therefore, the price of the visa and the percentages taken from workers are illicit gains that must be disposed of by spending them on charitable and good causes.

It is permissible to take a fee for the effort expended in obtaining it. Accordingly, it is not permissible to buy or sell it, nor to mediate between its seller and buyer. Any sale that has occurred must be annulled due to its invalidity.
