What is the ruling on Umrah for a girl who suffers from irregular menstruation, intermittent bleeding, and discharge? And are the days on which blood flows considered menstruation, based on a previous fatwa stating that anything beyond six days is not considered menstruation?

The minimum duration of menstruation according to the majority of scholars is one day and one night. So, if the observed blood reaches one day and one night in a possible timeframe, then it is menstruation; otherwise, it is not. If the blood is not menstrual, then performing 'Umrah is permissible. If it is menstruation and it stops and purity is observed, then one should hasten to perform ghusl, and 'Umrah will be valid. However, if it is menstruation and purity is not observed, then it is permissible to enter into ihram for 'Umrah, but circumambulation (tawaf) is not permissible until purity is attained and ghusl is performed.
