The answer

It is impermissible to wear anything that contains images of animate beings, whether human, animal, or bird, if the image is complete and its features are clear, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Angels do not enter a house in which there is an image." However, if the image is incomplete, such as being only of the head, or a partial image, or if its features are not clear and it resembles a shadow, then there is no harm in benefiting from the coat, selling it, or giving it away as charity. But if the image is complete and clear, then the image must be removed by effacing the face or similar means before selling it or giving it away as charity.
