Is it permissible for the mosque committee to sell water from a well that was dug for the mosque as an endowment?

It is permissible for those in charge of the mosque to sell the water from the waqf well and spend its price on the mosque's interests, if the endower intended the well's benefit to return to the mosque, whether by worshippers using its water or by selling it and spending its price on the mosque.
