Is the prevalent naming in some Arab countries "Hasab al-Rasul" legally permissible?

The fatwa responded to both mentioned possibilities, and the fact that the questioner asserts the second possibility as the intended one does not preclude mentioning the benefit regarding the ruling of the first possibility. Indeed, it is an act of generosity with knowledge to answer the questioner with what benefits him, whether it was intended or not, as in the hadith: "Its water is pure, and its dead (creatures) are lawful."
