Is it sufficient for one from whom pus or prostatic fluid (wadi) continuously issues to place tissues tied with a string after purification, without stuffing the penis internally?

One who is afflicted with urinary incontinence ( سلس البول ) or prostatic fluid discharge ( الودي ) must do what is possible to prevent the impurity from exiting. So, he should plug the tip of the penis, and if that does not stop it, he should bind it. His ruling is then like that of a woman with irregular menses ( المستحاضة ) regarding the obligation to wash off the impurity and perform ablution for each obligatory prayer, and to perform it promptly.
