Is it permissible for a person in a state of perpetual ritual impurity ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence) to perform ablution (wudu') in a bathtub after ensuring that drops of urine have exited and after squeezing and cleaning his penis, or is he required to wash the bathtub? And is it permissible for him to place tissues and tape on his penis before prayer to prevent urine leakage without placing them before ablution?

Do not trouble yourself by indulging in obsessive thoughts (waswasah). After urinating and ensuring that the flow has ceased and you have performed istinja' (cleansing), sprinkle water on your private parts and trousers to cut off these obsessive thoughts. Do not pay attention to what might be imagined as urine dripping, and do not squeeze the penis after istinja', as that is not required.

If you suffer from سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence), then when the time for prayer arrives and you intend to pray, immediately after performing istinja', place whatever you use for protection on the affected area, then perform wudu' and pray. Do not pay attention to anything that might be discharged thereafter, even if it comes out during the prayer.
